Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability of the guide and electric quadricycles. If you need a last-minute booking, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the tour. To request changes or cancellations, please email or call us. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
All tours start at Castello di Uviglie, Località Castello di Uviglie, 73, 15030 Rosignano Monferrato (AL), Italy. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time for a short briefing.
Tours are available in two time slots: 09:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 02:30 AM - 05:30 PM, with an estimated duration of 3-4 hours, depending on the chosen route and weather conditions.
Each tour requires a minimum of 2 participants and can accommodate up to 7 people per group. If you wish to organize a tour for a larger group, please contact us to check availability.
f weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed, we will contact you to reschedule the tour or, if necessary, offer a refund. In the case of light rain, the tour may still take place with suitable protective gear provided.
The cost is €90,00 per person. Payment is made offline, following the instructions provided in your booking confirmation. Contact us for more information on accepted payment methods.
All participants must follow the guide’s instructions to ensure the safety of the group. The tour is not suitable for individuals with significant mobility impairments. Additionally, the organization reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with safety rules or arrive in unsuitable conditions for the experience.
